My name is Dapo Oguntola. I founded Dapsim Compliance Solutions because I kept watching employers deal with the same problem — they needed drug testing done fast, on their terms, at their location, with someone they could actually reach by phone. What they usually got was a clinic with a two-hour wait, a third-party scheduler with no local knowledge, and a collection that disrupted the entire workday.
I built Dapsim around a different model. I come to you. I work around your schedule, your job site, your shift start times. And when you call that number on this website, you reach me — not a call center.
My background is in enterprise program management and large-scale operations. I spent 25 years leading complex transitions, managing compliance workflows, and making sure organizations meet their regulatory obligations without losing operational momentum. That same discipline is what I bring to every collection, every employer program, and every consortium enrollment I support.
