Mobile testing

Dapsim comes to employer sites, fleet yards, offices, and other suitable locations for professional DOT and non-DOT urine specimen collection. Choose collection-only when you already have the lab order, or request a Dapsim-managed employer workflow.

Collection-only

You already have the order.

  • Your employer/C-TPA supplies the authorized laboratory order, ePassport/eCCF, Federal CCF, or other required instructions.
  • Dapsim completes the mobile collection, custody documentation, and required shipment handoff.
  • Use this model for outside networks, third-party orders, and employer-controlled lab accounts.
Dapsim-managed

You want one testing coordinator.

  • Available after written employer account setup and laboratory/MRO workflow confirmation.
  • Dapsim coordinates the test order, mobile collection, laboratory/MRO handoff, and agreed status follow-through.
  • Laboratory analysis and MRO review are performed by qualified third-party providers.

What happens step by step

Dapsim uses an eCCF-first approach when the authorized employer/laboratory workflow supports it and remains paper-capable when the required Federal CCF or other paper process is specified.

Appointment and order confirmation

Dapsim confirms donor count, DOT/non-DOT status, test reason, site address, timing, and whether the job is collection-only or Dapsim-managed.

On-site setup

The collector confirms the site is suitable, secures the collection area, and prepares the required custody materials.

Identity and collection

The donor is identified and the specimen is collected under the applicable DOT or non-DOT procedure.

eCCF or paper custody

The authorized electronic workflow is used when supported; otherwise the required paper CCF and specimen seals are completed.

Shipment and reporting handoff

The specimen enters the laboratory workflow designated for that order. Results are released through the authorized employer/C-TPA/MRO reporting channel.
