$75 · Additional donor collection
Pay securelyAdditional specimen during the same confirmed dispatch. Laboratory/MRO test fees, when applicable, are separate unless stated in your confirmation.
Custom services: For Dapsim-managed tests, employer programs, consortium/C-TPA coordination, travel, rush/after-hours work, or other custom scopes, use only the Square link or invoice included in your written confirmation. Dapsim does not receive or store your card information on this website.
