Managed DOT test
$75DOT 5-panel laboratory/MRO test fee, added to applicable mobile collection/dispatch charges after employer account setup.
Managed non-DOT
$65+Common non-DOT laboratory/MRO test fee, added to applicable mobile service. Panel-specific pricing may vary.
