Test ordering and scheduling
Laboratory and MRO workflow through qualified third-party providers
Status, exceptions, recurring roster and audit-readiness support

Clear boundary: Dapsim is the customer-facing coordinator and collection provider. Laboratory analysis, MRO review, and partner-dependent random-pool functions are performed by qualified third parties when included in the confirmed written program. Breath alcohol testing remains subject to qualified technician and equipment availability until activation is complete.
