Website submissions are requests only. They do not confirm an appointment, activate consortium enrollment, establish a service-agent relationship, or guarantee availability.

Service confirmation

Service becomes confirmed only after Dapsim accepts the request in writing or through an expressly authorized confirmation process. The customer is responsible for providing accurate instructions, authorization, contact information, and safe site access.

Partner-supported services

Laboratory, MRO, national collection-network, random-pool, alcohol-testing, and related services may depend on independent third parties. Dapsim will identify the applicable scope in writing.

Pricing

Published prices are starting prices and may change. Final charges depend on location, timing, donor count, scope, partner costs, supplies, authorization, waiting, and travel. Unless a written quote states otherwise, the standard dispatch fee applies once per continuous visit at one location. Separate locations, return visits, and separately scheduled sessions are billed as separate dispatches.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dapsim is not responsible for delays or failures caused by inaccurate client information, donor unavailability, unsafe site conditions, courier or laboratory delays, third-party systems, weather, traffic, emergencies, or events beyond reasonable control.
